Pro Health Solutions is a health-related company with our current product portfolio of vitamins and medical consumables.

The company’s mission is to provide quality healthcare products at competitive prices.

We are experienced in implementing highly complex and time sensitive supply chain projects.

We are serving the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) with Vitamin D3 to a wide range of population including vulnerable shielded people, infant, children, and Breastfeeding Women under a 4-year framework agreement.

Pro Health has achieved the highest grade ‘AA’ by BSI for the prestigious ‘BRCGS certificate’. Our business is hinged to our Quality Management System to ISO9001:2015 awarded by BSI. All our manufacturing partners are qualified to food safety standards such as HACCP/ISO22000/BRCGS and ISO9001 QMS

We design and formulate our products under our brand name ‘Pro Health’, partnering with the world’s leading manufacturers of sharps containers. 

Equipped with advanced engineering and production technology together with embedded quality control system, we can offer vast models of quality sharp containers. Our manufacturing partners are certified to all the usual requirement:

ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices- Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and safety management  system) and the sharps containers products are ISO 23907 , CE and FDA approved. In addition, there are a number of patents in our sharps containers.

We have built robustness in our business processes so that we can offer our customers with quality and un-interrupted supplies of our products. These rely on the following key success factors (“KSF”):

Consistency of product quality in terms of content and packaging.

Delivery and distribution by the top-rated hauliers.

Monitoring, reporting and management of the workflow, day-to-day issues and corrective actions underpinned by our Quality Management System.

Business Processes & Technology

We have a fully integrated warehouse and distribution IT systems for monitoring, tracking, and reporting from initial order from our customers through to final delivery to the required locations, all in real time.

We can accept electronic orders via email (with or without attachment) and/or via cXML and to provide electronic invoicing on our ecommerce platform. We are currently receiving our orders from NHS’s PECOS system. We have a fully auditable inventory management and order fulfilment system. It features bar code scanning to capture serial numbers of items at point of dispatch, and stock transaction histories.

We also have a system of first in first out control on the stock to make sure we have a smooth flow of delivery without keeping some of the items too long in the stock that does not meet our expiry timing.

Our system provides a POD (Proof of Delivery) with Customers reference number, description of goods, quantity, time of delivery, name, and signature.

We produce monthly/quarterly/annual management reports with analysis on purchasing pattern and expenditure of each Health Board.
